Welcoming Shelly Garg, IT Analyst

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of the IX Solutions team: Shelly Garg, a talented IT Analyst! With a blend of technical skill, customer-focused experience, and a passion for continuous learning, Shelly is ready to make an impact.

Originally from the state of Rajasthan in North Western India, Shelly now calls Kamloops, BC home. Her journey to Kamloops began with her decision to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science at Thompson Rivers University (TRU), where she graduated with Dean’s List honours earlier this year.

Shelly has always had a keen interest in tech. During her time at TRU, she studied modern IT approaches to data mining, network security, and ethical hacking. She also applied her skills to innovative projects, including an IoT-based Automated Gardening System and a Market Basket Analysis using Power BI. Currently, she is further strengthening her expertise with certifications in CCNA and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.

In her role at IX Solutions, Shelly is eager to make a difference helping clients optimize their business operations and enhance their productivity with Microsoft solutions. Shelly is particularly excited about expanding her expertise in cybersecurity and working in a collaborative, innovative team environment.

When she’s not immersed in IT, Shelly finds joy and calm in nature. Whether she’s trekking through mountains, walking barefoot on sandy shores, or enjoying a snowy day with a book and coffee, the outdoors is her sanctuary. These moments of tranquility recharge her and keep her grounded.
