Welcoming Dane Hanson, IT Consultant

We are thrilled to introduce our newest member of the team and IT Consultant, Dane Hanson! Originally from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Dane joins us out of Calgary, Alberta.

Dane’s Journey In IT

Dane brings with him an impressive 16-year career in the IT industry. He began his journey by earning a Systems Analyst and Digital Technician Diploma from The Heinze Institute of Applied Computer Technology. Later, he went on to start his own computer business, which laid the foundation for his passion and expertise in technology.

Dane was one of the first employees at WBM Technologies' Managed Services department, where he gained invaluable experience. After spending two years at the University of Saskatchewan, he transitioned back to WBM Technologies and was whisked away to Calgary, where he spent the next eight years helping oil and gas organizations manage their IT environments.

As an IT Consultant at IX Solutions, Dane will focus on managing client relationships, systems monitoring, and systems administration and management. His experience and dedication to client success will undoubtedly make him a great culture fit for the team.

What excites Dane the most about joining IX Solutions? His eagerness to work alongside a tight-knit team of like-minded individuals who share a common goal: to help our clients succeed. And because he loves solving a good problem and creating a great experience for clients, we know he will thrive in our dynamic environment.
